- 12 days / 11 nights
- Two yoga classes/day except arrival day & departure day when there is a class. Total 22 sessions (Hathayoga and calm Yinyoga with pranayama (breathing exercises))
- Yoga mat that you can take home if you want
- Two meals per day. On the day of arrival we will have dinner together
- Transfer to and from the airport in Trivandrum
- Two excursion days
